The Green Living Planet (GLP) is dedicated to environmental conservation and people's welfare. GLP works with some of the poorest schools and communities in and around the Arusha area in North Tanzania, teaching about the environment alongside practical activities such as tree planting, building vegetable gardens and access to water projects and works directly with students, teachers, villagers and volunteers to bring about change. The Green Living Planet offers fun and affordable short and long-term projects in Arusha, Tanzania for local and international volunteers who passionate about environmental conservation and making a difference.

Commitment
1 week minimum

Cost
US$140 per week which covers your accommodation (lodging plus breakfast, lunch and dinner), pick-up from Kilimanjaro airport, Arusha airport or Arusha town upon arrival (if volunteering for 4 weeks or more), orientation, and all project costs.
